Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our Commitment

Markitlift is committed to delivering high-quality Amazon marketplace services. We want every client to feel confident engaging with us. This policy explains clearly what to expect around cancellations and refunds.

Cancellation

• You may cancel your month-to-month service engagement with a minimum of 30 days written notice sent to hello@markitlift.com
• Fixed-term agreements include specific notice and cancellation terms outlined in your individual Service Agreement
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle following the 30-day notice period
• We do not charge cancellation fees for month-to-month engagements

Refunds

• Services that have been delivered, including completed audits, campaign buildouts, listing copy, A+ content direction, and strategy reports, are non-refundable
• If work has not yet commenced following payment, you may request a full refund within 5 business days of payment
• Refund requests must be submitted in writing to hello@markitlift.com with your invoice number and reason for the request
• Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method

Complimentary Amazon Audit

Our free audit offer includes a review of your Amazon advertising performance, listing quality, and key account metrics. It does not include campaign buildout, implementation, or ongoing management. No payment or commitment is required to receive the audit.

Ad Spend

Ad spend budgets managed on Amazon’s platform are billed directly by Amazon and are not controlled or refundable by Markitlift. We are not responsible for ad spend charges applied by Amazon.

Disputes

If you have a concern about a charge or service delivery, please contact us first at hello@markitlift.com before initiating a dispute with your bank or card provider. We are committed to resolving all concerns quickly and fairly.
