Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before engaging Markitlift for any services. By submitting a consultation request or entering into a service agreement with Markitlift, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. About Markitlift

Markitlift is an independent Amazon marketplace service provider. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon.com, Inc. or any of its affiliates.

2. Services

Markitlift provides Amazon marketplace growth services including but not limited to PPC management, listing optimization, account management, brand store strategy, brand protection, and growth consulting. The specific scope of services for each client is defined in a separate Service Agreement or Statement of Work.

3. Payment Terms

• All fees are quoted and billed in United States Dollars (USD)
• Payment is due as specified in your individual Service Agreement
• Payments are processed securely via Stripe
• A 3% processing fee applies to credit card payments
• Late payments may result in a pause or termination of services

4. Cancellation Policy

• Month-to-month engagements require a minimum of 30 days written notice to cancel
• Fixed-term agreements may not be cancelled early without the notice terms specified in the Service Agreement
• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to hello@markitlift.com

5. Refunds

Please refer to our Refund Policy. Completed work and delivered services are non-refundable.

6. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to provide timely access to Amazon Seller Central and any required accounts, respond to requests for approvals, assets, or information within a reasonable timeframe, and ensure all product information, claims, and content provided to Markitlift comply with Amazon’s policies.

Markitlift is not liable for delays or performance issues caused by the client’s failure to provide required access or information.

7. Results Disclaimer

Markitlift applies industry best practices and data-driven strategies. However, we make no guarantees of specific sales figures, ranking positions, ACOS targets, or revenue outcomes. Amazon marketplace results are subject to factors outside our control including algorithm changes, competition, seasonality, and client inventory levels.

8. Intellectual Property

All deliverables produced by Markitlift, including listings, content, strategies, and reports, become the property of the client upon full payment. Markitlift retains the right to reference client work as portfolio examples unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all shared business information, account data, and strategy details confidential and not to disclose them to any third party without prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

Markitlift’s total liability for any claim arising out of our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the three months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before initiating legal proceedings.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date.
